A new housing prototype for digital era

I would like to introduce a new housing system for the digital era that brings living, working and playing into a single structure to achieve a smart city in suburban area of Hong Kong . Digital device and advance technology created a new culture in the 21st century. My focus on the digital culture is mainly on the elimination of physical distance, so the physical world should response to the latest culture accordingly. Le Corbusier proposed a new housing prototype, The Radiant City in 1935 and a modern daily life cycle under the article of The Great Waste in 1937. I would like to propose a new housing system with a new daily life cycle for the digital era.
