Advancing from the legacies of legacies of Rem Koolhaas and MVRDV\u2019s self-efficient planning approach of vertical urbanism. The key agenda is to minimize urban footprint and reactivate different program within a vertical hyper-density model. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Moreover, if a city does not tectonically involve from humanistic expression, urban complexity will only be a shelter for staying in, and become the homogeneous status quo. What if we reinterpreted the planning system with Le-Corbusier\u2019s \u201cModulor\u201d system for the scale of architecture.
