Fishery, dockyard industry and shipping logistics were major anchors of Hong Kong\u2019s social and urban development . The relationship between people and water was once very close.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, the waters now become ornamental. It becomes visually but not physically accessible. People might pay millions for seaview houses, but are unwilling to dip their toes in the waters.
